I was born in the darkest ignorance
but the guru illumined my path with the torch of knowledge - I offer my respectful obeisances unto him. The sat-guru is a cloud from the ocean of mercy; he rains transcendental knowledge upon the ignorance afflicted jivas - extinguishing the hellish flames of avidya. I offer repeated obeisances to that guru who is an ocean of auspiciousness!
